#1: How did that phrase get started?
#2: I, like many people, love comments on my blog. I have received a few comments in person and I happen to know that some people read my blog and don't comment. So I'm saying, "Come out come out wherever you are!" and comment. You don't have to have a clever comment, you can just leave your name if you want to. I have made anonymous comments available but those are lame. You don't have to have a blog to comment just write your name in the name/url section and hit submit.

I am a complete hypocrite in this area because I too thrive off of peoples comments on my blog...I have a few blogging friends who I notice NEVER get comments...yet they faithfully blog anyway...I couldn't do it...
But...on the other hand...I go through every day almost and read all of my friends blogs and I don't comment on all of them. I am a bad person...
But I do comment on yours...
So seeing you last night and commenting on how I only know you now through your blog makes me worried that I am one of the ones who you were refering to when you said, "I have received a few comments in person and I happen to know that some people read my blog and don't comment". Well I am sure I have commented on your posts, but, on the off chance I haven't let me apologize. You are 100% right I love getting comments as well and would love it if everyone would leave a comment when reading my posts. I guess the good ol' golden rule comes in to play here. "Do unto other as you would have others do unto you". Or in this case: Comment on others blogs as you would like them to comment on your. Please forgive me. I will try to be better.

I check up on you every day, but sometimes I don't have a comment, heh.
I think that by requesting this, you automatically have to comment on everyone's blogs you read (especially if you ever read mine, because I LOVE comments too!!)
Dang, I tried to leave a blank comment just to tick you off. Hehehahaha. But it didn't work...
You know I live for your blog (and Katy's)! And I almost always comment!
Aren't comments fun. I just wish I could think of clever things to say.
